
It was a moment of cultural pride and royal grandeur as the Ujegba Kingdom came alive to celebrate the 10th anniversary of His Royal Highness, Zaiki Solomon Ojeaga Izuware I, the Onojie of Ujegba.
Marking a decade since his ascension to the throne following the passing of his father, the anniversary celebration drew dignitaries, traditional rulers, and well-wishers from both within Edo State and the diaspora. Among those in attendance was the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Rt. Hon. Philip Shaibu, who joined the monarch and the people of Ujegba in commemorating the milestone.
In the spirit of the celebration, HRH Zaiki Solomon Ojeaga Izuware I honoured a number of distinguished individuals with awards in recognition of their service, contributions to the community, and support for the kingdom. He also conferred chieftaincy titles on several deserving sons and daughters of Ujegba, both at home and abroad.
Speaking at the event, the Onojie expressed gratitude to his people for their unwavering loyalty and support over the past ten years. He pledged to continue promoting peace, unity, and development in Ujegba Kingdom, while preserving its cultural heritage and traditions.
