The Federal Capital Territory Police spokesperson, Mariam Yusuf, has confirmed the death of Creative Director of Helenes Food Company, Emeka Eloagu.
He was reportedly found dead by his wife at his Abuja residence on Sunday the 1st of August.
While the cause of his death remained uncertain, some of his friends claimed he was stabbed to death by some unknown persons who gained access into his home.
Another account claimed that the deceased was killed by 2 persons whom he granted access into his apartment.
According to report, the 35year old Chef was allegedly stripped naked, tied up and strangled.
Meanwhile, Emeka Eloagu is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris with a Grande Diplome in Cuisine and Patisserie. He is known to have hosted celebrities and politicians at his restaurant which he operates in the capital city.
His training also reflected in his dishes as he was known to be versatile in mixing French and Nigerian cuisines.
FCT command spokesperson ASP Mariam Yusuf however disclosed that the case is still under investigation.
