The Osun Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting  in Oshogbo has declared Adegboyega Oyetola as the lawful winner of the July 16th, 2022 election, having found “proof” of over voting.

Justice Tertsea Aorga-Kume led Osun State Election Petitions Tribunal,  in a split document of two to one, declared that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) should withdraw the Certificate of Return issued to Adeleke and issue the same to former governor, Oyetola.
