Office of the Attorney General of the Federation and Ministry of Justice, Abubakar Malami SAN says it is yet to receive any communication on the arrest warrant issued against DCP Abba Kyari by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Special assistant Media and Publicity relations to the AGF, Umar Gwandu said the AGF office was yet to be informed about the development following Abba Kyari’s indictment by the internet fraudster Ramon Abass, popularly known as Hushpuppi.
According to the reasons Gwandu gave was that no official communication has been passed to that effect, adding that a transfer process will not commence until there was a request from us.
He however assured that, everything will be done according to the rule of law and also based on the dictates and provisions of the law.
