The attention of the Nigerian Army has been drawn to a video of a soldier and police officer fighting in the Ijaya area, of Lagos State. 

The 81 Division in a statement issued and signed by Lt. Col. Olaniyi Osoba, said that the army has commenced an investigation into the incident. 

Osoba said the Division was looking into the matter to fully ascertain what transpired between both parties. 

He added that necessary sanctions would be taken after investigation.
