A Federal High Court in Abuja grants bail to the twelve aides of Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho.
The presiding Judge, Justice Obiora Egwatu says it is clear that no charge has been brought against Sunday Igboho’s aides since their arrest and detaining them without charging them is against the law.
Meanwhile the court however grants 8 of Sunday Igboho’s aides bail of 5million naira each while the other 4 aides with criminal allegations gets bail of 10 million naira each.
