My name is Andrew Osawaru, and filmmaking is more than a profession for me — it’s a calling. As a devoted family man and a deeply God-fearing individual, I find inspiration in the values that shape us: faith, culture, discipline, and integrity. These are the virtues I strive to bring to life on screen.
Rooted in rich cultural traditions and driven by a relentless passion for storytelling, I use film as a powerful tool to teach, uplift, and inspire. Each project I take on is a mission — to entertain, yes, but also to educate and instill values that matter.
Over the years, I’ve become an active member of key creative communities, including the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), the Association of Movie Producers (AMP), the Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN), and the Edo Artists Association of Nigeria (EAAN). These platforms have helped me grow, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to the evolution of Nigerian cinema.
To me, filmmaking is more than just lights, camera, action — it’s about heart, soul, and purpose.
